Tim Gagnon was born and raised in Maine and resides in a small town not far from where he grew up. He attended the University of Maine in Presque Isle for fine art where he studied under the great artist Anderson Giles. His work is collected all over the world, and he appears in a number of galleries throughout the US and Canada.
His work, focusing on dreamy atmospheric landscapes, is mostly created from his imagination and is inspired by the rolling hills and trees of Northern Maine. Working in both oil and acrylics, Tim tries to create powerful moods in each one of his landscapes. He exaggerates the colors to give it that dreamy feel.
