Do you offer wholesale discounts?

Standard industry discounts apply. Prices listed are suggested retail price. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Can I order online?

Yes! Wholesale customers can now order online.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow 6-10 days to receive your order via standard ground shipping. Same day shipping is available on orders called in by 12:00 noon EST.

 

How will my prints be shipped?

Our standard shipping is FedEx Ground.

 

Can I order express shipping?

Yes, you will be given the option to upgrade to express shipping upon checkout.

 

What are your international shipping rates?

Please contact a sales representative for international shipping information. info@pennylanepublishing.com or 1-800-273-5263. All international orders must be placed via telephone, fax or e-mail. All international orders must be pre-paid with U.S. currency.

 

Can I ship to a P.O. box?

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a street address for delivery.

 

What payment options are available?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. For your convenience we also offer C.O.D, or you may pre-pay by check, money order or wire transfer.

 

Pre-approved net 30 is also available for customers within the U.S. We require a complete credit application with a minimum of three (3) trade references.

 

Please allow 1-3 weeks for net 30 approvals.

 

Note: A 1% finance charge per month (10% annual maximum) will be charged on past due balances. There is a $30 service fee for returned checks. Shipments will be held until accounts are current. When using a credit card to pay an invoice over 30 days old, you will automatically incur the credit card fee of 2.4%.

 

What is the return policy?

We accept returns on wholesale orders if we have made an error. Please notify us within two weeks of the ship date if your order has been processed incorrectly and we will see that the matter is promptly resolved.

 

We take great care when packing your order to insure it arrives safely on your doorstep. If the carrier damages your package during shipment you will need to contact us for a return authorization (RA) number. Be sure to keep all damaged packaging as evidence for the carrier.

 

Do you require a minimum order?

For your convenience Penny Lane does not require a minimum order for images in our regular print line.  Print on demand images have a minimum order quantity of 10 each.

 

How will my prints be shipped?

All orders will ship flat via FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. Same day shipping is available for orders called in by 12:00 noon EST. Additional shipping charges apply to prints exceeding 22″ x 28″.

 

How do you ship International orders?

FedEx is our preferred standard International carrier and we extend our FedEx discount to our customers. If you’d like us to use a different International carrier please make a note of it and we will ship via your preferred carrier. All International orders will ship upon receipt of payment. International orders must be placed via phone, fax or e-mail.

 

What is your policy for backorders?

In the event that a backorder should occur, Penny Lane will ship backordered prints free of charge via FedEx Ground. Free backorder shipping does not apply to orders of 100+ prints or International orders.

 

Copyright and Legal Issues:

Penny Lane’s prints are intended for wall décor. Any alteration or use on other products MUST be approved through our licensing department.

 

You must have written permission to sell prints over the Internet.  Please contact us for guidelines.
